ORDER
The above Writ Petition is filed for issuance of writ of certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in nr.K.e.f.3124/2013 m5, dated 27.09.2013 and the consequential order of the second respondent, dated 14.07.2014 and quash the same.
2. It is informed that though the order of appointing a fit person, namely, the Executive Officer, Arulmigu Mathiarjunaeswarar Temple, Pettavaithalai, Srirengam Taluk, Trichy District, was passed as early as on 14.07.2014, the said fit person has not taken charge to-date.
3. Considering the fact that the impugned orders have not been given effect, the same are set aside. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
