ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant states that the matter has already been settled. The learned Government Counsel points out that as a result of the acts committed by the petitioners, a number of persons have been affected. But then, a formal complaint has not been received. The second respondent alone has given the present complaint. Since the matter between the parties has been amicably resolved, the impugned FIR has to be necessarily quashed. It is accordingly quashed. This criminal original petition stands allowed. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Crl OP(MD)No.13758 of 2015 advantage of the quashing of the impugned FIR if any complaints are received from the other affected parties.
