The petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the F.I.R in Crime No.134 of 2015, dated 06.02.2015 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent herein.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that already investigation has been completed in crime No.134 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent and the same has been referred as "Mistake of Fact" on 08.10.2015 and hence, nothing survives in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
