This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.15 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate / Additional Mahila Court, Madurai as against the petitioners.

C.C.No.15 of 2018 and the prosecution also examined PW.1. Therefore, the entire proceedings cannot be quashed at this stage. 4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioners are at liberty to raise all the grounds before the trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
