ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to act upon the proceedings of the first respondent in Petition Serial No. 2024/Jul/31/02727 dated 31.07.2024 and complete the enquiry within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR No.150 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. The 2/4

writ petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate action, if so advised. No costs.
