Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned letter, dated 23.04.2018 by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct dance program on 14.05.2018 and the light music program on 16.05.2018 at about 8 p.m., to 11 p.m., at Sri Mutharamman Temple's Ground at Nambithalaivanpattayam Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District.
