ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 379, 427 and 506(i) IPC, in Crime No. not known of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, a case has been registered in Crime No.108 of 2015 under Sections 294(b), 447, 427 and 506(i) IPC and Section 3 (1) (x)(iv) of SC & ST Act, in Crime No.108 of 2015. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as not maintainable with liberty to the accused to approach the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
