COMMON ORDER Vivekanandhan is the accused in C.C.No.98 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thiruchirappalli. His wife is the defacto complainant in C.C.No.55 of 2015. Likewise, the accused in C.C.No.55 of 2015 is the defacto complainant in C.C.No.98 of 2015. Both the parties have moved this Court for quashing both these proceedings.

2. When both these criminal original petitions were taken up for hearing, the respective counsel stated that they have no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings.

3. Since the parties themselves have no objection for quashing the respective proceedings initiated by them, both the impugned proceedings stand quashed. These criminal original petitions are allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
