PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioner life and limb of the complaint, dated 04.10.2021 as per the decree in O.S.No.256/2012, dated 28.10.2014. ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioner life and limb of the complaint, dated 04.10.2021 as per the decree in O.S.No.256/2012, dated 28.10.2014. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had conducted enquiry and closed the same on 19.07.2021.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that the petitioner was not enquired.

4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action. On receipt of same, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry after issuance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

5.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
