disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3254 of 2023, dated 21.02.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in pursuance of the above said order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3254 of 2023, investigation has been completed, Final Report has been filed and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.426 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithruai.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration. Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
