Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 419 r/w 120(b) IPC in Crime No.58 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the first petitioner name is Saraswathi Ammal and the de facto complainant name is V.Saraswathi. The first petitioner has registered two documents one in Document No.3273/2008 dated 25.11.2008 and another in Document No.3578/2008 dated 30.12.2008 in respect of the de facto complainant's property and created encumbrance. Thereafter, the first petitioner has cancelled the Document No.3273/2008 dated 25.11.2008 by a deed of cancellation in Document No.2554/2009. Whereas, the first petitioner has not cancelled the Document No.3578/2008 dated 30.12.2008 which was executed by impersonating the de facto complainant V.Saraswathi.

4.Taking into consideration the serious nature of allegations raised against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
