2. When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that in the above said cases, investigation has already been completed and charge sheets have been laid before the concerned court.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for adjudication in these petitions and the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous. Hence, these petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
