PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent on 25.07.2013 made in Oo.Mu.No.2934/A2/2013, and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents herein to grant temporary approval to the appointment of Mrs.V.Latha as Graduate Tamil Teacher in the petitioner school with effect from 09.04.2013 and consequently, release the salary for the said Mrs.V.Latha within a time frame fixed by this Court.
