ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed under the Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to sanction the incentive increment for Higher Qualification of B.Ed., by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2021 with all consequential benefits. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Panneer Selvam, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that the Petitioner does not wish to press the Writ Petition and has circulated a letter in this connection. He had also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition. 2/4

Mr.F.Deepak, learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.K.K.Kannan, learned counsel for the 3rd Respondent state that they had no objection.

In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
