This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the third respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 03.08.2014.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the writ petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the civil suit in O.S.No.292 of 2010 was dismissed by the learned Additional District Court, Dindigul. He would further submit that the writ petitioner has stated that since the civil suit was dismissed, he was withdrawing the writ petition and no further action is necessary. Recording the submission made by the writ petitioner, 2/4

the complaint was ordered to be closed and he has also filed the copy of the enquiry report.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost.
