1st Respondent/Complainant 2.Santhanakumari @ Nandhini, ... 2nd Respondent/Defacto Complainant Prayer :- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to Spl.S.C.No.13/2015 on the file of the Mahalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Thoothukudi and quash the proceedings as against the petitioner. ORDER:- This Petition coming up for hearing under the caption "For Extension of Time", and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 30/10/2019 and the letter submitted by the Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive Trail of cases, under POCSO Act, Thoothukudi, in D.No.1113/2020,dated 14.09.2020, this Court made the following order:

This Court, by order dated 30.10.2019, directed the learned Mahalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Thoothukudi, to dispose the case in Spl.S.C.No.13 of 2015, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

2. Now, vide letter dated 14.09.2020, a request has been made by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Thoothukudi, seeking extension of six months time, stating that due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, trial could not be conducted, within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Considering the request made, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 30.10.2019, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14694 of 2015, is extended by six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted.
