ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the arrears of freedom fighter family pension had already been paid to the writ petitioner through her account. In this regard, the District Collector also issued a proceeding to the District Treasury Officer in proceeding dated 30.04.2015. In view of the fact that the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been redressed, no further consideration is required.
