This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take action on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 18.08.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.4104117/2022. Based upon the undertaking given by the petitioner that she will workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings, that was closed without mentioning any date.
3.Since complaint has been closed based upon the undertaking given by the petitioner, she can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings as undertaking given by her.
