ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent herein to pass appropriate orders on the proposal sent by the second respondent on 25.09.2013.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent on 25.09.2013 had submitted a detailed report to the first respondent and that the second respondent will take further action based upon the orders to be passed by the first respondent.

3. The second respondent in his communication, dated 25.09.2013, in Na.Ka.No.3445/ 2013/A3, had sent a detailed report based upon the inspection made on 04.07.2013 to the first respondent herein. In the light of the said report, the first respondent is yet to pass appropriate orders. Hence, 2/4

there shall be a direction to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders based on the report submitted by the second respondent on 25.09.2013 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
