ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SENDHILKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, Government Advocate for the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time'.

2.It is seen from the records that this Court vide order, dated 03.11.2022, directed the Mahila Court, Theni to complete the proceedings in S.C.No.91 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. Now, the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court) Theni, has sent a requisition, dated 27.03.2023, stating that NBW is pending against the accused.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the accused, in pursuance of the direction of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5642 of 2023, dated 27.03.2023, surrendered before the concerned Court and the warrant was ordered to be recalled. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

3. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to grant three months time to complete the proceedings in S.C.No.91 of 2014.
