Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd Respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks police protection. He is not having any enforceable order or decree from the jurisdictional Civil Court. Hence the question of invoking the inherent powers of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C does not arise at all. Leaving open the petitioner's rights and remedies, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
