ORDER

The petitioners are accused in Crime No.150 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent police and they have filed this petition to quash the proceedings pending against them.

2.When this petition has been taken for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled between the defacto complainant and the accused. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police has raised serious objections that it is a case of theft. Further they have completed the investigation and also filed the final report.

4.Considering the nature of offence and that the final report has been filed, this petition is dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
