Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issue of Writ of Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent dated Nil with a seal dated 19.05.2018 in Letter No.001080/T.L3/SETC/2018, quash the same in so far allowing the petitioner to retire from service with effect from 31.03.2018 and consequently direct the respondents to settle all terminal benefits payable to petitioner including Monthly Pension, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Commuted value of Pension, Terminal Leave Salary, Surrender Leave Salary, Social Security Scheme amount, Refund of his contribution made to Engineering, Medical and Polytechnic Colleges and Institute of Road Transport and other attendant benefits together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum payable from 31.03.2018 to till the date on which the above terminal benefits are settled to the petitioner and pass orders.

ORDER
Mr.A.Rahul, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informed the Court that the petitioner has submitted a letter to the Registry to withdraw the aforesaid Writ Petition.
