This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to quash FIR in Cr.No.405 of 2023 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Ayyampettai Police Station, Thanjavur. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that after completion of investigation in Cr.No.405 of 2024, the first respondent has filed the charge sheet, which has also been taken on file in STC.No.130 of 2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thanjavur.
