By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The request of the petitioner is evidently against G.O.Ms.No.7, Animal Husbandry Dairying and Fisheries Department, dated 21.01.2017.

Leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the said Government Order, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
