ORDER
The petitioner challenges the impugned FIR. He has been implicated as the 14th accused. The petitioner was a student studying in the second respondent college. It appears that certain number of students were not permitted to sit for examination on account of lack of attendance. On account of the said issue, some quarrels were said to have been taken place. That led to the registration of the impugned FIR. But, during the pendency of this quash petition, the FIR has culminated into the charge sheet and taken on file as PRC No.58 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli.
2.Therefore, this petition has become infructuous. It is for the petitioner to challenge the final report. Leaving open all the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl OP(MD)No.15013 of 2015 contentions, this petition stands dismissed. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. Connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
