ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to grant extension of the lease period for 993 days for stone quarrying in Survey No. 190E, extent of 5.00.0 hectares in Theroor Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanniyakumari District, pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.5011 of 2006, dated 27.06.2006. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's claim in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.5011 of 2006, dated 27.06.2006 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petitions is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
