RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Prayer : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order of Interim Stay, Staying the operation of the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No.6 of 2011 dated 16.06.2015 on the file of District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil confirming the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.45 of 2005 dated 16.09.2010 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Sivakumar, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This second appeal is directed against the Judgment and Decree for specific performance of an agreement of sale. This court also granted an order of interim stay and it was also subsequently extended. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute.

Post the main appeal after two weeks.
