PETITION FOR BAIL UNDER SECTION 483 OF BNSS PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 223 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C, in Crime No. 223 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused cheated a sum of Rs.4,31,000/-, from the defacto complainant by making a false promise that they will secure a job at Singapore. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would bring to the notice of this Court that a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- was recovered from the petitioner. The said fact is denied by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and submit that only a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- is received from the petitioner. 4.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

5.Considering the fact that the complaints as against the petitioner keeps on pouring and as of now forty three victims have approached the respondent police, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 2/3
