Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Fourth Respondent passed in his proceedings O.Mu.No.0274/B2/2014 dated 12.02.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to revise and refix the Petitioner's pension as Special Grade in Headmaster scale in light of G.O. Ms. No. 234 dated 10.09.2009, G.O. Ms. No. 216 dated 30.12.2011, G.O. Ms. No. 179 dated 06.09.2013 and disburse the arrears and all statutory benefits and consequential service benefits within time frame by this Court.

has expired after the filing of the Writ Petition and his legal representatives have not contacted him to further prosecute the case. it is informed that he would also file a memo to that effect through e-mail, which shall be placed on record. 2.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated with a clarification that the legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner are not precluded from applying for revival of the Writ Petition in the manner, if they are otherwise entitled in law. No costs.
