This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned III Additional District Judge (PCR Court), Madurai to consider the bail application of the Petitioners on the same day of their surrender itself in Crime No. 64 of 2022 on the file of 2nd respondent police

2. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that there had been family dispute, for which case has also been registered.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)would submit that no one sustained injuries in the said occurrence.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned III Additional District Judge (PCR Court), Madurai within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy 2/4
