ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by him, dated 27.07.2021, in Na.Ka.No.D5/18581/2021, within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, aggrieved by the order passed by the third respondent cancelling patta issued in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property situated at S.No.59/2A, 60/2 and 60/3 to an extent of 0.05.0 Acre in M.Rasiamangalam Revenue Village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukottai District, he preferred an appeal before the second respondent in the year 2021 and the same is still pending without any progress.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the petitioner preferred a revision before the second respondent challenging the order passed by the third respondent and enquiry was already completed and reserved for orders. 2/4
4.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to pass final orders in the revision filed by the petitioner, dated 27.07.2021, in Na.Ka.No.D5/18581/2021, on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and other rival claimants.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
