ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first and third respondents to conduct proper enquiry based on the complaint given by the petitioner's father namely Late Senthil Nathan dated 26.12.2012, within a time frame, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.281 of 2024 and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed, since the dispute is civil in nature and by directing the parties to approach the civil Court. 2/4

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings before the civil Court, in accordance with law. No costs.
