praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in connection with the impugned General Body resolution dated 05.04.2018 (Notice dated 07.04.2018) passed by the 2nd respondent and quash Resolution No.8 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to conduct the 2nd respondent Bar Association Election for the year 2018-2019 after providing adequate opportunities to all the members enabling them to contest the above Election within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
