ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to expedite the trial in C.C.No.375 of 2012 pending on the file the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Padmanabhapuram.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Padmanabhapuram to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.375 of 2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
