Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJA MOHAMED.B.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.E.ANTONY SAHAYA PRABAHAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents No.1 & 2, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition for suspension of sentence and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
