The petitioner with a grievance that his wife and son have taken some original document from the petitioner's custody has lodged a complaint before the respondent Police and has filed this petition seeking a direction to take action on his complaint. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner's complaint was enquired in CSR.No.226 of 2025 and the same was closed on 28.06.2025.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
