pertaining to the election notice dated 18.04.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent and subsequent election proceedings and quash the same as illegal and direct the 2nd respondent to conduct the election by appointing a retired District Judge as an election officer after preparing the voters list of the Tirunelveli Bar Association in conformity with Rules of Bar Council of India in Bar Council of India and Certificate and Place of Practice (Verification) Rules 2015.
