ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to register the petitioner's name as "Eswari" instead of "Angalaeswari" in the petitioner's sale deed in Document No.1340/98 dated 01.07.1998 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2024.
2. Heard Mr.V.Muthukamatchi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
3. By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has purchased the property to an extent of 750 sq.ft out of 31 cents situated at Ponmeni Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District, on 01.07.1998 from one Mani, Velmurugan and Muthaiah. While registering the same, the petitioner's name has been referred as "Angalaeswari". According to the Page No.2/4

5. At the outset, the very relief sought for by the petitioner is not maintainable. It is for the petitioner to establish her name as "Eswari" in the manner known to law either by registering the rectification deed with the same registering authority or file necessary suit before the Court for rectification.
6. With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
