This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioners 1, 2 and 4 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2260 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.230 of 2025, dated 17.04.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners are complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of reasons cited by the petitioners in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioners can be modified to a certain extent.

4.
