ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.7812 of 2022, dated 22.04.2022, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, has produced a proceeding of the respondent, in Na.Ka.No.5260/2021/A4, dated 04.11.2022, and submitted that the lands in question have already been subdivided, for which, Pattas, bearing Nos.8704, 8705 and 8706, have been issued in the names of A.Dhanalakshmi, A.Meyyappan, who is the petitioner herein, C.Alamu, R.Kalyaniraja and S.Mahalakshmi and the same have been forwarded by the Revenue Divisional Officer to the District Collector for rectifying the same in the 'A' Register and for uploading the survey numbers in the Government Web Portal, namely, Tamilnilam.

3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Sub Application (MD)No.107 of 2022 is also closed. Index : Yes / No 02.12.2022 2/4
