ORDER
This writ petition has been filed as against the order passed by the 4th respondent dated 14.07.2014, suspending the petitioner Union on certain allegations.

2. This Court, while entertaining this writ petition on 19.08.2014, granted an order of interim stay and therefore, the petitioner Union was permitted to function for the past 10 years.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that it is only a temporary suspension order, based on the wrong entries made by the petitioner Union and pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner Union has been permitted to function and now, they have received E-form for renewal of the petitioner Union.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 30.08.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/No ogy 3/5
