ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to assign number to the petitioner's arbitration petition dated 06.01.2021 which has been made along with his wife and conduct and conclude the enquiry in accordance with law within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's petition, dated 06.01.2021, if it is in order and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
