ORDER

When this writ petition has been taken up for hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that for the very same relief the petitioner has filed two writ petitions and the relief has already been given by this Court in the other writ petition in WP(MD)No.18017 of 2023 by order dated 26.07.2023.

2.Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to impose cost on the petitioner on the conduct of the petitioner. However on the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed with a warning to the petitioner. No costs.
