ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(d) imposed in Crl.OP (MD).No.9405 of 2025 dated 11.06.2025.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petitioner has filed an anticipatory bail petition before this Court on 11.06.2025 in Crl.OP.(MD). No.9405 of 2025. The said anticipatory bail petition was heard and on 11.06.2025, this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. In the said bail order, Condition No.6(d) as follows: ''(d). The petitioner shall stay at Dindigul District and sign before the Inspector of Police, Dindigul Town North Police Station, Dindigul District daily twice 10.30a.m. And 05.30p.m. for a period of four weeks an thereafter as and when require for the interrogation. ''
3. He further submits that this petitioner's parents are senior citizens and they are dependent on him. Recently, this petitioner's mother underwent treatment for nerves related problem. This petitioner has now facing severe financial crisis. In the pathetic situation, the petitioner find it very difficult to Stay at Dindigul for complying the said condition daily . Therefore, the petitioner seeks indulgence of this court by modifying the said condition imposed against him. Hence, he prays 2/4
for modification of the said condition.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to modify the Condition No.6(d) in the order made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9405 of 2025 dated 11.06.2025. Accordingly, Condition No.6(d) is modified as ''(d). This petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Pudhukadai Police Station, Kanyakumari District daily twice at 10.30a.m. and 05.30p.m., for the period of fifteen days and thereafter appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation''. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
6. With the above said modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
