The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to call for the entire records connected with the detention order of the second respondent in Cr.M.P.No.14/Goonda/2024 dated 02.07.2024 and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce body or person of petitioner's son, namely, Sivabalamurugan, Male, aged 19 years, S/o.Selvaraj (now detained at Central Prison, Madurai) before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.5955, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department, dated 28.08.2024, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government. 2/4

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
