ORDER

The relief as such sought for in the present Writ Petition is for a direction to direct the respondent to provide employment to the writ petitioner based on the writ petitioner's representation dated 14.05.2014.

2.Mere submission of a representation would not confer any right on the writ petitioner to file a Writ Petition and to seek a direction to provide appointment. All appointments are to be made strictly in accordance with the recruitment rules in force. For the purpose of securing public employment, the writ petitioner has to participate in the process of selection, in the event of issuance of any recruitment notification by the competent authorities. 3.Thus, mere submission of the representation is not a ground for seeking appointment by filing Writ Petition. Thus, the writ petitioner has not established even a semblance of legal right, so as to consider the relief as such sought for in the present Writ Petition.

4.With these observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
