This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to enjoy the house property situated in S.F.No.96/6 G 1A of Onpathuvelli Village, Boothaloor Taluk, Thanjavur District.

2.It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of the property. The petitioner and the third respondent are none other than the son and father. Further on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second has respondent conducted enquiry and closed the complaint. Therefore, police protection cannot be granted.
