This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.108 of 2019 dated 20.04.2019 on the file of the first respondent as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.108 of 2019 and also filed final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Thoothukudi.
