O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the third respondent to execute the order passed by the second respondent vide Ni.Mu.A4/3164/2022 dated 09.06.2022 within the time frame stipulated by this Honourable Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the matter is required to be dealt with by the Commissioner of Land Records (CLR), who shall pass appropriate orders within the time frame stipulated by this Court. He further submits that the said authority has not been impleaded as a party to this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the Commissioner of Land Records (CLR) within a period of thirty days from today. In the event of such representation being filed by the 2/4

petitioner, the same shall be considered by the Commissioner of Land Records (CLR) on merits and in accordance with law and appropriate orders shall be passed within a period of four months thereafter, after providing a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
